INFORMATION-SHEET IN COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE 13 OF LAW NO. 196/03

In full compliance with article 13 of law no. 196 of 30th June 2003, we hereby inform you that your personal information and data will be handled, as owner of treatment, in strict compliance with the measures laid down by law no. 196 on the handling of personal data and information.
We hereby guarantee that all data and information will be treated as strictly confidential and handled for the following purposes:

  • Compiling papers on order to fulfil the obligations required by the relevant tax laws and especially by  contractual obligation.
  • Your personal data will be handled in our factory’s  electronic /and or paper archives.
    Supplying the above data is compulsory and is required by a specific law. Without this information, it would be impossible to establish contractual relations. In order to make sure that this information is handled correctly, we ask you to inform us immediately of any changes to said data.
  • You are informed that the data and information will only be transferred  in accordance with the obligation stated in article 109 and could be treated in Italy and abroad with the only purpose to protect credit and to better each other handling rights concerning the only commercial relation, particularly with credit institution, trade associations, advisors or service companies, public institutes and professionals aimed to fulfil accounting and tax duties.
  • Your personal data could be known by electronic instruments keepers.
  • Safety; your data and information will not be provided to any third parties.

(VA), please note that you’ve finally recognized rights of the ‘art. 7 of Legislative Decree No 30 June 2003 196 and, in particular, the right to access their data personal, to rectify, the ‘update and cancellation if incomplete, incorrect or collected in violation of law, and to oppose their processing for legitimate reasons directing requests to the owner or the controller.
